List,
  Add Federal Regulations to the list of publications that are on the VSC 
order form but are not available.  If anyone knows where they can be 
obtained, please post that information here on VE-l.  The people I have 
asked have not even shown the courtesy of a reply.  A phone call to National 
determined that they don't have any, don't know where to get any, and don't 
know when they might have them.  Maybe it is time to update the order form.

  Good News   After five years of living with the 12 mile limit on the Great 
Lakes I requested that The United States Power Squadron Boat Insurance 
Program/ ST Paul/ Travelers consider providing us with a Great Lakes  Trash 
Placard.  They have agreed to provide this tool for us and it is available 
now.  Hopefully this will be added to the VSC supplies order form when it is 
revised.
