Is there not someone to whom we can send a message asking why, if we can spend a billion a month in the sumphole the the Iraq war. we cannot spend a few bucks on the homeland security situation, beginning with the basics.?  Or are we after 90+ years of service, just dog shit.? I need to hand out the Fed regs to new boaters, or is that too much to ask.   Tom Cashin, Door County Sail and Power Squadron  (Wisconsin)
