[ve-l] Federal Regulations?

Hi Everyone,

I placed an order with National for 200 "Federal Requirements & Safety Tips" and they called saying they had none in stock and it didn't sound like they would know when (or if) they would get more.  These are great for passing out during VSCs.  Does anyone have an alternate source? 

I called the USCG Office of Boating Safety listed in the front of the brochure; the number is 'no longer in service'.  There was a recorded message stating I should call the general number.  I did that, made the menu selections for the 'help desk', but got dead air, another dead end.

If anyone can point me in the right direction for getting the Fed Regs, I'll be happy to follow-up on any suggestions and report back to the group.  I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.
