Bob,

After about 4-5 years as chair VSC of the Lake Hartwell squadron I have 
stepped down and have been requested to chair the Coop Charting program. 
Especially this past year I have seen a lot of improvements in the VSC 
program, especially communication and information available.  I only wished 
we had the same for the ABC program which I coordinate in D 26.   Thank you 
for all your efforts and have a Happy New Year.
