Thank you  for sending your note . In RI, the Providence Boat Show is coming up in the next few weeks, I plan to use our District booth to educate boaters on this change in Epirb usage and provide hand outs.

I printed out and made copies of the CG notice on the Epirbs and distributed them to marinas in my area.  I was surprise to find some of them were unaware of the change and welcomed the info.  I also was welcomed into two of them that were resistant to having VEs on their docs.  They were also more open to hear more of what USPS is doing.  Hopefully it will bring in more members this coming year.
