I printed out and made copies of the CG notice on the Epirbs and distributed
them to marinas in my area.  I was surprise to find some of them were
unaware of the change and welcomed the info.  I also was welcomed into two
of them that were resistant to having VEs on their docs.  They were also
more open to hear more of what USPS is doing.  Hopefully it will bring in
more members this coming year.
