All VEs,

 We have formally announced a new incentive program for Vessel Examiners for
2007. You can find all the particulars by going to the VSC home page

a Birth Aboard the Coast Guard Eagle

hand corner. Please pass the word to all VEs. We hope to have articles in
the Ensign and Compass also. 
Let's see if we can't each recruit a new VE this year too. Between the
Auxiliary and USPS we still only get to a small fraction of the recreational
boats out there so we definitely need more VEs. Go get 'em!
