[ve-l] 2008 vessel exam decals

Hello Gary,

Those decals were shipped in December so they would be in the hands of the
squadrons before year end. They were shipped to the VSC Chair of record with
HQ or the Commander of record. You didn't say what your district ad squadron
were so we can't check specifically who they went to.

Gentlemen:

Can anyone tell me if the 2008 vessel decals have been
mailed out the the various district Vessel Examiner
Chairpeople?  If not, is there an approximate date for
the mailings?

I am already getting requests to set up times for
exams and we still have snow coming.  It must be that
given the recent warm weather people want to open up
their respective "beach front properties".
