I've been holding an annual training & refresher for
our squadron for the last three years.  We've been
getting new VEs qualified from our squadron and
several surrounding squadrons each year.

It helps the new VEs to get comments from the
experienced VEs, and they get updated on what has
changed.  Everybody benefits this way.

Even the squadron benefits as the training is held
right before our annual auction, and most of the
VEs stay for that.  8^)
