[ve-l] VSC decals

I have been designated as the person to contact to resolve Decal problems/shortages by the national VE committee.  If anyone has a problem getting them please contact me and not headquarters.  We are trying to lighten the load up on Lena.  My email address is j_rr7 at yahoo.com.  I will answer all, if possible and try and resolve any problem that appears as quickly and timely as possible.
