In my opinion, I see some people trying to interpret the wording of item =
#11 too far from its intent. Last year there was a correspondence that =
explained that many well constructed Web sites were left obviously =
totally unchanged for many weeks and months, presenting a very stale =
image. I believe that this is mainly what item #11 is trying to =
eliminate. It has also been stated that changing the color or whatever =
of past events shows that a calendar is current. And, showing pictures =
of past events and indicating that they are of a previous event is =
acceptable because that is one way we all try to sell USPS.
