Perhaps we would start moving in the right direction if we stopped
talking out of both sides of our mouth and started using both sides
of our brain.

If the reason for a website is exposure, give me one valid
justification that removing the squadrons link promotes this end.
(Excluding falsification of information or flagrant abuse.)

Even an obsolete site will have some contact information.

In my district, the most active and cosmetically attractive web sites
do not coincide with the most active, vibrate and growing squadrons.
The first Chicago website I built had all the information necessary
for squadron members and guest viewers: Boating course schedule,
meeting and members class dates and contact information. Graphics
were quite minimal. Colors were based on the 16 Netscape web save
colors. The entire site fit on a floppy disk ........ along with 2
other web sites (1996) Because the squadron had a well thought out
agenda, the annual schedule needed little tweaking. (Mostly spelling
corrections.)

I am now forced to spend more time tweaking and adding and chasing
people for input because of poor/delayed scheduling than I spent on
the year long JN and N classes.
