Information was to be submitted to the Web master electronically in a
timely manner.
The idea worked flawlessly. After the COW all I had to do was posted
the new organization contact list, General Members and ExComm meeting
dates and wait.

I think I an now qualified to join Maytag

If I were to take this approach the website would die and not slowly. My
experience indicates the webmaster must dig for the info for the website. The
only outside input has been on our district website where we post our
procedures manual and previous meeting minutes.
