Glen, that is your choice.  The only requirements for USPS websites  are 
those spelled out on the web requirements page of the ITCom web site.   They are 
the nine points that are at the beginning of the score sheet.   Every thing 
else has to do with the Web Awards program and are not requirements  just what is 
looked at during the evaluation effort.
