The Susquehannock Sail & Power Squadron, located in Harrisburg, PA, is a family organization chartered in 1942. We are celebrating our 76th anniversary this year! Our members may be found on the Susquehanna River, Raystown Lake, Gifford Pinchot Lake, Chesapeake Bay, Delaware River, Atlantic or cruising the inland water way to Florida, the Bahamas and beyond.
We offer a wide variety of educational programs related to boating safety, paddling, anchoring, boat handling, navigation, cruising, weather, electronics, and engine maintenance and repair. We provide free Vessel Safety Checks.
We have social activities throughout the year including a steak fry, chicken fry, lasagna dinner, Change of Watch ceremony and cruises. Membership is open to sail, power, pontoon, kayak, canoe, PWC and non-boat owners. We participate in District 5 activities.

Foghorn newsletters were discontinued in 2018. We will print an annual yearbook to retain squadron history and provide a printable document with the prior year photos. This website serves as the source of information for upcoming events. Facebook has photos of our activities. Check back in March for the 2018 yearbook.
