The Susquehannock Sail & Power Squadron, located in Harrisburg, PA, is a family organization chartered in 1942. Our members may be found on the Susquehanna River, Chesapeake Bay, Delaware River, Atlantic or cruising the inland water way to Florida, the Bahamas and beyond. We offer a wide variety of educational programs related to boating safety, navigation, boat handling, cruising, weather, interpretation, safely afloat, electronics, and engine maintenance and repair. We also have social activities throughout the year including a crab feast, steak fry, chicken fry, pasta dinner, Change of Watch ceremony and cruises. We participate in the Cooperative Charting project and provide free Vessel Safety Checks. Membership is open to sail, power, pontoon, kayak, canoe, PWC and non-boat owners. We also participate in District 5 activities.
