The burgee of Waterbury Power Squadron is an isosceles triangular pennant, with the base of the triangle formed by the hoist. The length of the fly is one and two-thirds times the height of the hoist.
The colors of the pennant are white, blue, and golden yellow. Starting from the hoist, there is a stylized lighthouse representing the Pharos Beacon. The beam from the Pharos Beacon illuminates the narrow tip of the burgee with a swath of yellow. Centered in the field of yellow and aligned with the top edge of the burgee are five stars of the constellation Cassiopeia forming the letter "W". In 2013 Waterbury added a gold border to the burgee in recognition of our fiftieth anniversary.
