Squadron Burgee Heraldry:
The field consists of blue and white stripes parallel to the hoist. Superimposed on the field is a representation of the Deception Pass Bridge in a bright red color. Deception Pass Bridge connects Whidbey Island and Fidalgo Island. The route under the bridge connects the north end of Skagit Bay with the south end of Rosario Strait. Most members of Deception Pass Squadron reside on either Whidbey or Fidalgo Islands. The pennant was designed by a committee under the direction of P/C Bernard A. Johnson and P/C Charlie Weeks.
