If you are a Mac user, please use Chrome as your web browser to avoid problems reported with Safari. The default PDF viewer that comes with the MAC has been reported as not being reliable. Some of the tables and graphics in the downloaded materials are fuzzy rather than being sharp. If you experience any problems, please download a free PDF viewer for your MAC directly from Adobe Acrobat. That viewer is far superior and renders the pages correctly.

If you are using Chrome, the download box will appear in the upper left corner of the screen.

For Firefox, the download box is in the upper right corner. For Internet Explorer, the download box will be along the bottom.
