Sign up for our free monthly e-newsletter USPS Compass Fishing Rodeo Rules, Leader Board & Affidavit - No 2023 Rodeo Dates and Times: The 66th Annual Fishing Rodeo will begin 4 Apr 2020 at 1800 and end 11 Oct 2020 at 1800. Boundaries: Louisiana and Mississippi Entry: $4.00 donation per ticket - Each contestant must be properly entered prior to submitting a fishing entry. Method of Fishing: A rod and reel of any size must be used. Constants: Must have a fishing license under State Law. Weighing of Entries: BASS DRUM CATFISH FLOUNDER SHEEPSHEAD REDFISH SPECKLED TROUT Plaques will be given in each category. No contestant can make a clean sweep in any one category. Only one plaque per person in each category. A plaque will be given for Smallest Fish & Sportsman. (Sportsman is determined by the most affidavits submitted.)
Plaques, Cash Prizes and Door Prizes to be awarded at the 7 November 2020 Fish Fry and Fishing Rodeo Awards Rendezvous. . Winner need not be present for Cash Prizes but must be present for Door Prizes. Ticket stubs will be drawn for door prizes and you may purchase as many tickets as you wish.
