Cruise Planning Meeting The Cruise Planning Meeting is held usually in January of each year, to establish the Cruise and on-the-water activity schedule for the coming watch year. Attendees at this meeting include the Commander, Administrative Officer, Cruise Chairman (who chairs this particular meeting) and any interested members or guests who may wish to advocate a particular cruise or group of cruises. The meeting is informal and generally held at the home of the Cruise Chairman. If possible the Valley Ho Cruise schedule should be coordinated with the District 13 cruise and on-the-water events, and with other Valley Ho Squadron events.
