Public Boating Materials
If you have questions about any aspect of USPS’s public boating materials, including America’s Boating Course—3rd Edition, seminars for the public, marketing materials, etc., please use this form to submit your question to the Basic Public Education Committee. The ABC3 student kit includes two BONUS items that often cause questions and are complex with special settings during their installation.
- ABC3 Companion Courseware CD: augments chapters 1 thru 4 (sections 1-16) of the manual with audio and video clips. Most of the Flash and Shockwave slides are narrated.
- Coastal Explorer DVD: augments chapter 5 (sections 17-18) with an introduction to GPS and Waypoint navigation.
