Squadron Burgee Heraldry:
The blue of the flag represents the Atlantic Ocean with the curve of the coast as shown on the charts. This area is referred to as the "North Strand". The red represents the land mass; the light house depicts the lighthouse in Coquina Harbor where most of our activities take place. The two seagulls are common to the area and they represent our motto of "In North Strand, we do it together".
