Georgetown Cruise July 19th

Enjoy a cruise down the beautiful Waccamaw River Saturday Jul 19 th to Historic Georgetown. We plan a nice dinner at a waterfront restaurant that evening. Sunday we have arranged for a boat tour with Captain Rod; then dinner together that evening. And Monday we will return home.

We recommend Hazard Marina 843-527-3625 because it is downtown, and there are others in the immediate area. Please make your own reservation.

If you cannot join us by boat, please come by car on Sunday and meet us at the landing in downtown Georgetown. We have arranged for a Boat Tour with Captain Rod. He will take us on a shelling expedition, visit a lighthouse and see some local history on his boat. This is about a four hour tour leaving at 2 pm and costs $25 each. He normally does not work on Sunday, but he will do this tour for us if we cover his expenses. We need 20 people to participate to make this work. This will be FUN, and we will go places that you would not with your own boat. You will love Captain Rod.

We will finish this off with dinner together Sunday evening.
