After one year of being placed on inactive status in January 2024, the Coos Bay Power Squadron is trying to regain momentum. The decision to go inactive was made in response to medical issues of officers and instructors, but members have continued to meet informally, maintaining the social aspect of the group. The next gathering is set for Sunday, MAY 18, 2025, at Tai's Dynasty 1388 Virginia, North Bend at 1400 (2:00 PM). This is an opportunity to reconnect, share ideas, and invite new members to help rejuvenate the Squadron. While we no longer have a building, our commitment to “Safe Boating Through Education” remains strong.
We encourage both former and potential new members to join and help us return to active status.
Remember, together everyone accomplishes more!
