States Power Squadrons®
is the world's largest recreational boating organization with 30,000
members. We learn together, boat together, and help each other and
other boaters on the water and on land. When you join America's
Boating Club, built for boaters, by boaters, you're increasing your
enjoyment on the water, being with friends, and giving back to your
community. Whether you're passionate about cruising, racing, water
sports, fishing, volunteering or learning from experienced boaters,
we have the resources you need to engage your passions and, perhaps,
instill some new and lasting ones.
The only requirements for membership are a keen interest in boating
and an eagerness to meet and enjoy time with other boating

River Sail and Power Squadron, is a unit of the United
States Power Squadrons, District 5 located in Lexington Park, MD
home of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. America's Boating
Club Southern Maryland is one of 38 Squadrons in District 5
serving the Southern Maryland counties of Charles, St. Mary's and
Calvert. America's Boating Club Southern Maryland is a boating
social/educational organization dedicated to providing year round
boating education classes as well as water and land based social
activities enjoyed by all our members.
*** America's Boating Club Southern Maryland will offer the Maryland
Boater Safety Course at Spring Cove Marina on
Lore Road on May 22 and 23. To sign up for the course contact us
monthly squadron dinner meeting will be at The Pier in Solomons.
We will have guest speakers Rudy and Jill Sechez. Dinner is at
5:30pm, the meeting starts at 6:30pm.
