Make a Contribution

Donations in memory of deceased members are frequently made to the Educational Fund to memorialize their contributions to USPS activities. Honorary donations are similarly made. Honor Roll donations are made by donating at least $1 per member to the Educational Fund. More information regarding Honor Roll donations can be obtained from the Frequently Asked Questions page, questions 13-15. Keep in mind that contributions to the USPS Educational Fund are usually tax deductible, since the Fund is a qualified 501(c)3 organization.

Squadrons also have the ability to raise contributions for the Honor Roll by using the Headquarters Annual Billing (HQAB) option available to Treasurers when establishing yearly dues. However, squadron Treasurers must be aware that these contributions are then returned to the squadron rather than the Educational Fund. The squadron Treasurer must then ensure that a donation of at least $1 per member is sent to the Educational Fund Administrative Assistant before 30 November to make the Honor Roll for that year. The minimum contribution equaling $1 per member is calculated using the membership numbers in this table.

The easiest way for individuals to contribute to the USPS Educational Fund is to donate on-line via the button to the right, charging the donation to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.
