During an examination the Vessel Examiner will look at:
- Registration and vessel numbers
- Navigation lights
- Anchor & line
- Life Jackets
- Fire extinguishers
- Sound producing device
- Flame arrestors and ventilation (if required)
- No oil in bilge
- General safe boat condition
